There are several ways to order, our easy online ordering system allows you choose your rug and pay via credit card, bank deposit or cheque. While we welcome cheque and bank deposits as payment options, we request payment is received within 7 days as items cannot be held past this time frame. Join "My JR" for updates, email specials and history of previous orders. Delivery details can be changed by hitting "My JR" in the menu when logged in.
Items will be despatched once payment has been received and cheque payments cleared.
Postage is calculated at check out so don't feel shy about loading up your cart and proceeding to checkout for your postage total before committing to your order. Orders are despatched via Australia Post or courier within 2 days of payment being received.
We reserve the right to despatch via Australia Post or Courier with larger orders being despatched via courier with desired instructions.
Overseas customers are most welcome, please contact us for shipping costs.
